纽西兰价值守护联盟（NZVA）
呼吁调查华文媒体侵犯言论自由和协助中共扩大影响力的行为
我们是一群热爱纽西兰、热爱民主自由的华人，近日NZ媒体再次披露中共对华社、对华媒的渗透和控制，进而影响和洗脑本地华社，这在华人圈实际是公开的秘密。
以中文先驱报(CNZH)为例，我们发现，他家打着NZHerald的招牌，以之权威和Credit面对和影响华社，但是，
1、凡是NZHerald对中共中国批评的深度报道，CNZH一概不翻译不登，如对十九大习近平集权的系列评论。见注(1)(2)。
2、NZHerald头版头条等确需刊登的重要报道，如果原文报道涉及中共迫害人权的，CNZH翻译就删除或扭曲。如奥克兰华人家中被盗，他妻子是法轮功在中国监狱被迫害致死，CNZH把该段全部删除。见注（3）（4）。
3、选择性刊登，协助中共对华社洗脑。涉及中国的负面新闻无论多么重大，CNZH一律不报道。如天堂文件（Paradise Papers）、郭文贵事件、巴拿马文件（Panama Papers）事件，均涉及中共最顶层官员的重大丑闻，在任何涉及国都是媒体的头版头条，但CNZH就是不登。该报平时还大量使用中共党媒如新华社人民日报的报道和文章，通过新闻筛选和信息阻断，协助中共对纽西兰华人洗脑控制。
为此，我们呼吁NZ人权委员会调查包括中文先驱报在内的华文媒体侵犯言论自由和协助中共扩大影响力的行为，同时呼吁英文先驱报NZHerald停止并重新审视与中文先驱报CNZH的合作。
NZVA appeals for investigations into Chinese media’s violations of freedom of speech and assistance in expanding CCP’s influence
We are a group of Chinese who love democracy and freedom. Recently NZ media once again disclosed the fact that CCP has controlled Chinese communities so as to influence and further brain-wash local Chinese people, which is actually an open “secret” for Chinese circle.
Chinese NZ Herald (CNZH), for instance, influences Chinese communities with his authority and credit under the signboard of NZ Herald. However,
1. CNZH never translates or publishes any in-depth reports against CCP. for instance, the series comments on Xi’s concentration of power after the 19th people’s Congress.( see notes 1 &2).
2. As for some headline news or important reports that must go to front page, CNZH choose to delete or give false account. Take one Chinese in Auckland for example, his house was burgled, and his wife was prosecuted to death in China just because she is a Falungong practitioner. In reporting this event, CNZH deleted the whole section relevant to his wife. (see note 3 &4).
3. CNZH only publishes positive reports to assist CCP to brain-wash local Chinese in NZ.They almost never publishes the reports that are negative for CCP, neglecting their importance . Take the Paradisde Papers, the Event of Guo Wengui and the Panama Papers for example, all of them are closely relevant to the scandals of CCP top officials, which must go to headline on front page in any country, but CNZH never reports on them. Moreover, CNZH frequently publishes articles from CCP media such as People’s Daily and Xinhua News Agency to facilitate CCP to brain- wash and control local Chinese community.
For all the reasons mentioned above, we appeal to NZ Human Right Committee to look into some Chinese media including CNZH for their violation of freedom of speech and their assistance CCP in expanding its influence on NZ. Also we appeal to NZ Herald to stop cooperation with CNZH and reexamine further cooperation.
