中国民主党加拿大委员会声援“反二社区”受害者

据中国民主党发布的消息，加拿大委员会于2026年1月11日（星期日）中午12:30，在中共驻多伦多领事馆（位于240 St George St, Toronto）举行了“茉莉花快闪抗议行动”第21期集会。参与者高举受害者照片，呼吁国际社会关注中共当局对数百万青少年参与的动漫社区“反二社区”实施的政治迫害。集会特别声援两名网络与政治迫害受害者——杨海晨和李泉林，他们因表达观点和获取信息而遭受高压管控，基本人格和未来受到严重侵害。同时，抗议者公开谴责涉嫌滥用职权的两名责任人——玉环市刑侦大队大队长林丛烨和民警陈政旭，呼吁追究其迫害责任。

此前，该委员会还在多伦多市政厅门前组织了类似抗议活动，旨在扩大影响力并向加拿大政府施压，要求其关注中国的人权问题。这些系列活动是中国民主党全国委员会持续开展的抗议行动的一部分，截至2025年底，已在时代广场等地举行了数百次集会，旨在推动结束中共专制统治。

“反二社区”案件是近年来中国大陆一起严重的网络政治迫害事件。该社区是一个活跃在互联网上的亚文化团体，成员人数达数十万人，主要由青少年组成，他们因对日本动漫文化的共同爱好而聚集，常以调侃方式表达观点，包括对中共时政的批评。这引起了当局的警惕。从2025年6月开始，浙江玉环警方以“涉嫌寻衅滋事罪”为名成立专案组，大规模抓捕社区管理者，使用毆打、恐吓、骗供、伪造笔录等多种刑讯逼供手段迫害受害者，包括多名未成年人。超20名管理者被羈押，数百人被讯问，许多人出现严重精神问题，如自杀倾向。同时，当局对海外参与者实施跨境镇压，威胁其境内家人安全，试图抑制青年表达自由。该案被视为第二起“恶俗维基”或“牛腾宇”事件，涉案主要责任人包括玉环市公安局局长丁浪、民警陈伟和陈政旭。

中国民主党加拿大委员会表示，这些抗议活动旨在唤醒国际社会对中共高压网络管控的关注，并为受害者提供海外声援。该委员会呼吁更多人加入“茉莉花行动”，共同推动为受害者讨回公道。活动人士表示将持续监测案件进展，并积极推动国际人权组织介入调查。

Toronto, January 12, 2026 – The China Democracy Party Canada Committee recently organized a series of emergency protest activities in front of Toronto City Hall and the Chinese Consulate General in Toronto, with the aim of supporting victims in the “Fan Er Community” case on the Chinese mainland and publicly condemning those responsible for the abuses. The action attracted attention from the local Chinese community and human rights activists, underscoring the continued overseas Chinese opposition to political persecution inside China.

According to information released by the China Democracy Party, on January 11, 2026 (Sunday) at 12:30 p.m., the Canada Committee held the 21st session of the “Jasmine Flash Mob Protest Action” in front of the Chinese Consulate in Toronto (located at 240 St. George St, Toronto). Participants held up photos of the victims and called on the international community to pay attention to the political persecution carried out by CCP authorities against the anime subculture community known as the “Fan Er Community,” which involves millions of teenagers. The rally specifically voiced support for two victims of online and political persecution—Yang Haichen and Li Quanlin—who have been subjected to severe high-pressure control simply for expressing views and accessing information, resulting in grave damage to their personal dignity and future prospects. At the same time, protesters publicly condemned two individuals accused of abuse of power—Lin Congye, Captain of the Yuhuan City Criminal Investigation Brigade, and police officer Chen Zhengxu—demanding accountability for their role in the persecution.

Previously, the committee had also organized similar protests in front of Toronto City Hall to broaden its reach and exert pressure on the Canadian government to pay attention to human rights issues in China. These activities form part of the ongoing protest campaign conducted by the China Democracy Party National Committee. By the end of 2025, hundreds of rallies had already been held in locations such as Times Square, all aimed at bringing an end to CCP authoritarian rule.

The “Fan Er Community” case represents one of the most serious instances of online political persecution in mainland China in recent years. This community is an active internet subculture group with hundreds of thousands of members, predominantly teenagers, who come together around their shared passion for Japanese anime culture and frequently use satirical and humorous language to express opinions—including criticism of current CCP politics. This drew the attention and suspicion of the authorities. Beginning in June 2025, the Yuhuan police in Zhejiang province established a special task force under the charge of “picking quarrels and provoking trouble,” launching large-scale arrests of community administrators and employing various forms of torture and coercion—including beatings, intimidation, trickery to obtain confessions, and fabrication of records—to persecute the victims, many of whom were minors. More than 20 administrators have been detained, hundreds have been interrogated, and numerous individuals have developed serious mental health problems, including suicidal ideation. Simultaneously, authorities have carried out cross-border repression against overseas participants, threatening the safety of their family members inside China in an effort to suppress young people’s freedom of expression. The case is widely regarded as the second major incident of its kind after the “Evil Customs Wiki” or “Niu Tengyu” case. Key responsible officials include Yuhuan City Public Security Bureau Director Ding Lang, as well as police officers Chen Wei and Chen Zhengxu. The China Democracy Party Canada Committee stated that these protest activities are intended to awaken greater international awareness of the CCP’s high-pressure internet control mechanisms and to provide overseas solidarity and support for the victims. The committee calls on more people to join the “Jasmine Action” to work together to seek justice for those persecuted. Activists emphasized that they will continue to closely monitor developments in the case and actively push for intervention and investigation by international human rights organizations.
