欣闻澳洲政府根据《反外国干涉法》，拒绝华裔富商黄向墨的入籍申请，并取消黄的PR。理由推测是黄为外国利益代理人，对澳洲不忠。
实际上纽西兰是西方国家中非常弱小的一个，我们认为NZ被中国渗透的情况远比美澳严重。
国家党MP杨健先生，造假资料移民入籍，曝光两年至今未能被追究。华商张乙坤作为NZ统战头子，背景和行为与黄向墨高度相似却无法调查他。青年作家肖志鸿，能调动四家华文媒体同时发表同一篇文章，辱骂恐吓对中国渗透持批评态度的学者和评论人士。中文先驱报被神秘人控制进行新闻审查，天维网视支持本地政府限制华为5G的新闻评论为“非法的”，奥克兰大学和坎特伯雷大学的学术自由受到公开威胁，数百个华人社团在大选时一致行动，教会和艺术团体也成为中共大外宣和统战的目标。
经过长期的统战渗透，中共对新西兰的大规模全方位的干预，已经达到非常危险的水平。
我们再次呼吁国会和本届政府，调查外国势力渗透干涉NZ的情况，创设新法授权SIS和警方可以调查和规制外国代理人的活动，并及时驱逐那些为外国政治利益服务违法情节严重的外国代理人。

NZVA is calling for an investigation into foreign agents in NZ
It was inspiring to hear that the Australian Government rejected Chinese wealthy businessman Huang Xiangmo’s application for Australian citizenship in accordance with the Anti-Foreign Interference Act and canceled his permanent residency as well. The reason for doing this is that Huang is a foreign interest agent and is unfaithful to Australia.
New Zealand is known as a weak and simple nation among Western countries. As a matter of fact, we believe that NZ has been infiltrated by Chinese Government far more seriously than Australia and the United States do. The following are true examples that are happening in NZ:

The case of another Chinese businessman Zhang Yikun, who is the head of the NZ United Front, was highly similar to Huang Xiangmo’s, yet until now nothing has been done to investigate him.

Xiao Zhihong, a young writer, who is able to mobilize four Chinese-language media to publish the same article at the same time, insulting scholars and critics who are critical of CCP’s infiltration.

After publishing the news on the NZ government's decision against Huawei 5G, the most influential local Chinese website skykiwi.com prevented posting related comments supporting the government's decision and claimed that such supporting comments were "illegal".
In a word, all the facts above provide true evidences that the CCP’s large-scale and comprehensive infiltrations in New Zealand have penetrated into NZ society so deeply that may negatively influence the domestic affairs of this country.
We once again appeal to the Parliament and the current government for the investigation into foreign interference. We also appeal to the Parliament to establish a new law authorizing SIS and the police to investigate and regulate the activities of the agents for foreign interests, and meanwhile promptly expel those foreign agents who serve the foreign political interests with serious infringement.
