本周我想跟大家用英语聊聊法轮功学员这个政治犯群体

Last week, while writing a post about Chinese Political prisoners, I opened the Chinese Political prisoners Database and found that many entries had no photographs—only names and case descriptions. Most of these individuals were Falun Gong practitioners.

In the freedom world where churches are everywhere and religious freedom is taken for granted, it is hard to understand why practicing a form of qigong or following a spiritual belief could turnsomeone into a political prisoner.

To maintain its one-party dictatorship and keep the Chinese people under permanent control, the Chinese Communist Party has, since its founding, continuously suppressed any group that dares to voice dissent. In many of the cases involving Falun Gong practitioners that I read, they were denied the right to their own beliefs and the right to speak freely. Once they violate the CCP’s restrictions, they lose their freedom and their property, are thrown into prison, and suffer all kinds of cruel persecution.

Even more horrifying is the existence of a dark organ-trafficking industry within the Chinese Communist system. Many of the harvested organs come from these innocent Falun Gong practitioners, who are deprived of even the most basic justice. Their lives are taken, and their organs become commodities for the CCP to profit from—an act fundamentally against humanity.

Today, I once again call for an end to the CCP’s evil rule. Restore freedom to Falun Gong practitioners, to all political prisoners, and to all oppressed people in China

上周，我在撰写一篇关于中国政治犯的文章时，打开了中国政治犯数据库，发现许多条目中没有照片，只有姓名和案件描述。这些人大多是法轮功学员。 在教堂遍布、宗教自由被视为理所当然的自由世界里，很难理解为什么修炼气功或信奉某种精神信仰会让人沦为政治犯。 为了维护一党专政，将中国人民置于永久控制之下，中国共产党自成立以来，就不断镇压任何敢于表达异议的群体。在我读到的许多法轮功学员案例中，他们被剥夺了信仰自由和言论自由。一旦触犯中共的限制，他们就会失去自由和财产，被投入监狱，遭受各种残酷的迫害。 更令人震惊的是，中国共产党体制内竟然存在着一个黑暗的器官贩卖产业。许多被摘取的器官来自这些无辜的法轮功学员，他们甚至连最基本的正义都被剥夺。他们的生命被夺走，他们的器官沦为中共牟利的商品——这是一种从根本上反人类的行为。 今天，我再次呼吁结束中共的邪恶统治。恢复法轮功学员、所有政治犯以及中国所有受压迫人民的自由。
