美国罗德岛州布朗大学徐文立办公室3月4日晨消息：
2004年3月4日由于中美政府之间的交涉，中国政府同意以“保外就医”的方式将1989年“六四”天安门事件的学生领袖、1998年“中国民主党”创建人之一——王有才送往美国。
王有才现年38岁，原北京大学物理系硕士研究生。
“六四” 天安门事件后，王有才被中国政府通缉，1991年1月被判刑4年，剥夺政治权利1年；1998年12月又因组建“中国民主党”被判刑11年，剥夺政治权利3年。
王有才将于3月4日晚上10：57，从中国上海途经旧金山、华盛顿，抵达徐文立现在所在的罗德岛州的普城。

Following negations between the United States and Chinese governments, on March 4, 2004 Wang Youcai, former student movement leader in the Tiananmen incident of 1989 and cofounder of the Chinese Democratic Party (1998), will be released to the United States on medical parole.
Wang Youcai is 38 years old and received his Master’s degree in physics at Beijing University.
After the Tiananmen incident Chinese authorities ordered for Wang Youcai’s arrest. He was sentenced to 4 years in prison in January of 1991 and deprived of his political rights for one year. In December of 1998 he was sentenced to another 11 years in prison and 3 years deprivation of political rights for establishing the Chinese Democracy Wall.
Late on March 4th(PM：10：57) Wang Youcai will be flying from Shanghai to San Francisco, to Washington D.C. and will finally reach Providence Rhode Island to be received by Xu Wenli.
