Congratulations to your chairman, Liu Xiaobo, on the occasion of receiving the Fondation de France "defender of press freedom award" this year. This is a well-deserved recognition of Liu Xiaobo's courageous stand, and daily efforts, to make the free flow of information a reality in China.
